I am a member which makes the massage prices very reasonable. The massage therapist, Christine, works with the client and can utilize any amount of pressure you prefer. She listens to client. I'd highly recommend. The staff is extremely friendly. Madelyn at the front desk was very informative and helpful, offering services without being pushy, with a smile on her face.
I have the monthly membership which I love. Staff are always friendly, accommodating and very professional. A clean, relaxing environment for a facial or massage.
Management has been difficult to deal with in the past, however since new management took over, seems to be running more smoothly. When I first joined, the massage therapist was late, and then never showed for my appointment. The management did not even recognize or try to accommodate me. Since I have a regular therapist, Kathy, she has been wonderful and the services have been better.
I recently went to Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa for the first time last week. My massage therapist was John and my spa associate was Madison. Both John and Madison were extremely accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable, it made my visit a success. John was a great therapist with just the right amount of pressure and always was making sure I was comfortable and happy. I will definitely return and I signed up to be a monthly member. I feel that they truly cared for me and my well-being , not just my money.
