The store signed me up for a free Direct TV trial but when I called back to ask how to cancel it they told me to call Direct TV. I asked for a manager and they told me the manager was on vacation for the next week. The employee sounded like they just wanted to get off the phone.
Extremely helpful and wasn't pressures to buy a new phone.
DON'T GO TO THIS STORE!!! AT&T corporate is punishing them for employee fraud. You would think this shouldn't matter to customers except AT&T's punishment is to make the store call the corporate fraud department and get bounced around the call centers for 30 to 60 mins. I spent 3 hours in the store setting up a new phone and 2.5 hours was being on hold with AT&T. I am seriously questioning if AT&T cares 1 ounce about their customers at all. I would go with a different provider. The employees at the store were nice and helpful and could appreciate the customers pain but management and AT&T corporate just don't care enough. Go to a different store.
Aaron deleted all of my photos- including every photo of my new puppy, every photo of my fiancé graduating from basic training, and every photo my fiancé and I had taken together after not seeing each other for nearly a year- and had absolutely no remorse. He then tried to tell me that he was a district manager and when I said I'd be calling corporate (who also does not care at all about their customers) he back tracked and told me he was actually just a sales person. Then proceeded to give me the run around every time I would ask for his information or his district managers information. I then listened to him tell customers about his sex life with young children in the small store. The most atrocious excuse for customer service I have ever experienced. They might as well shut this store down because everyone I know has had a horrible experience with the worthless associates here.
Awful experience and dishonest seller. I will be returning my phone and canceling my plan today. It took 2 hours in the store to transfer one number, and even after that they got it wrong and put me on the incorrect plan. This (reseller) store could not provide me with a contract or written monthly cost, which turned out to be much higher when I got the AT&T bill. Even after fixing the plan (2 hours on phone), AT&T would not honor the original price agreed in store, plus charged me the activation fee which I was told would not be incurred. Lesson learned - in the future I will not sign up for anything unless I can get a written contract showing all terms and prices.
