I had a terrible experience with this business. I called this company and asked to speak with someone regarding their services. Approximately one hour later someone called me back at the hospital and we setup an appointment for that afternoon. I wanted to find out what they offer and their prices. I was shocked when I got there and started discussing their services to find out they had already retrieved my husband's body from the hospital and had it at their business location. I did use them because I didn't want to upset my children by having him moved again. However, I would NOT have used them (pricey for all services) if he had not already been there and if I didn't have my children with me. Then, they completed the paperwork for the insurance payment incorrectly and then sent me strong-armed messages for payment threatening collection. Beware!!!!
