Going to a regular gym with zero structure wasn't getting me anywhere. I knew I needed someone to help keep me accountable. Signing up for the trial classes was super easy. At my first visit, the ILKB team immediately made me feel welcomed. The first class kicked my butt, but I absolutely loved it. How could I not become a member?!

I just went for the second time today and I LOVE it! The staff and patrons are all so friendly. I have felt welcomed from the minute I stepped in the door. This is nothing like any other facility I have ever been to. And the workouts- they kick your ass in a great way. I can not say enough positive things about This place! It has been an absolutely amazing experience being a member here. The classes are The perfect combination of fun and hard and the results I see are amazing! I have so much motivation to exercise and I can't wait to come back for the next class! The staff is just absolutely incredible! Warm and inviting, they take the time to get to know YOU! You are not just another member here, you are a part of the family!
Great way to relieve stress, build strength and empower one another! I love how energetic and dedicated the staff are at the Severna Park location. So happy to have joined an amazing team! Not to mention the 1 on 1 time with the instructors your first class to make you feel at ease and assure safe technique!
