OP Nails and Spa probably has one of the more cleaner atmospheres than other nail salons. The technicians are attentive and careful, but like all service businesses, you get what you give in. If you voiced any complaints, they made sure to listen. Small business, locally owned, relaxing atmosphere. The nail technicians are incredibly interesting as well! Very interesting backgrounds.
I absolutely love this business. Me and my daughter never go anywhere else! They are always friendly and professional and we always leave happy! Max is my favorite! He is amazing at what he can do.
The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because it's a nice looking salon and it's clean as far as I know, and because I've only gone for acrylics I'm not sure how good their other services are. The last chance I gave them was today and I wanted to get there right as they opened but yet again they disappointed me and didn't even open at 9am like it states in their website and on the front door. I asked myself why was I waiting around to be loyal to people who don't care and I drove off to find a different salon. Seriously eff this place I want my favorite salon back.
I was here about a week ago and got a fill in with a French manicure. I specifically asked the man who did my nails to use pink and white like any other place would. He only did white and and didn't even file down my nails evenly. That wasn't even the biggest problem! My nail started to turn green under the fill in the gentleman did! I had to rip my nail off to make sure I didn't have a fungus growing/prevent anything from growing. My nails are a mess and I will NEVER be going back to this salon!
They don’t have a solid pricing system and have charged my mother and I $20 for an acrylic fill the past three times then when I went alone they charged me $30. When I asked to charge my tip on my card they told me it was too late and I could run through for $10 or more for the tip. When I refused they told me that I could charge under $10
I'm completely over this place. I used to loyally go here every 2 weeks for acrylic nail fills and they used to be the best and I didn't mind paying a little extra. Something has changed here and I've gone back again and again just waiting for the service to be what it was before. The gel polish they put on your nails doesn't even match the color you picked out, and then they try to convince you that it is in fact the same color like you can't plainly see there is a stark difference. They will arbitrarily hike up the price for no reason, you could get the same exact service every time and your price would never be the same. I'm still trying to find a good nail salon for acrylic nails in Severna Park, but I know I'm not going back to OP.
