Never have I received such DISRESPECT and RUDENESS in my entire life from people at this Pascal center. One word: INCOMPETENT. You deserve so much better care. As someone who is in the mental health profession, this Pascal youth and family services goes against everything when it comes to treating patents. I reported them to Anne Arundel County as well as the State of Maryland for client abuse. I also found out that they do not keep your information confidential. I've been a client here for months and it just keeps getting worse. I finally made the decision to leave. These people are so CARELESS and HEARTLESS. Here is a picture I took while at the office with a full waiting room, waiting for over an hour for my appointment. Not a shred of decency to inform any of us that they are running behind in schedule. This is evident that literally NO receptionist. EVER. Walk in? NOT warmly greeted. Nor are you even acknowledge. The employees here are unprofessional, incompetent, and ignorant. Furthermore, the staff at this facility are the worst in Maryland. Seriously. Even though it is highly recommended by most outpatient facilities due to having a both meds prescriber and counseling services under the same roof, NOT worth it. Not to mention the med team doesn't understand medication on what to prescribe and what not to prescribe. They prescribed me two medications that could of killed me when mixed together. By Primary Care Physician thankfully informed me and took me off. Again, they are so incompetent. Better service can be found elsewhere and I am happy that I found help elsewhere. Find a private practice for counseling and psychiatrist if you need it.
I rarely write reviews but I have to say, after months of trying to get help for my daughter, this place has been a miracle! They were responsive, cooperative and the counselor and medication staff have been amazing!

This place is dirty n u n professional. I saw n intern who did not know what he was doing, the staff is very rude n inconsiderate n they also do not manage appointments appropriately n the receptionist is extremely rude n if anyone complains about her, she just says the executive director is her stepmom, so she can basically do what she wants. Oh n they lie n could care less. The waiting room chairs has dog hair all over it, the bathroom is disgusting n there was a nasty stain on my counselors chair that no one seems to care about. Warning to everyone, do not go to the Robert a pascal counselor center!!
