Very disappointed. The mattress we purchased was not what was delivered. The sales lady has done nothing but give us double talk and the run around for the last 60'days. Apparently Serta has changed the way the mattress is made leading to a huge difference in comfort level.
I could not have been more pleased with my experience at this location. This was my first new mattress buying experience and I received top notch quality care here. Brittany was working when I first came in and she was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She was very understanding with all my troubles with my back and worked with me and was just so informative and helpful. She helped me locate the best bed for ME. When I returned, David was working and he as well was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He reviewed all the focal points that i asked for. Both Brittany and David are fantastic employees and made me feel like a valued and respected customer. Definitely will be returning for ALL my future needs.
David and Brittany were great. David was very thorough in showing us the benefits of each of the mattresses we were considering as well as the pillow options. Fantastic customer experience.
After visiting other mattress stores, my husband and I came here. My husband has problems with his spine and we couldn't find a bed that both of us were comfortable on. We were immediately greeted by Brittany and she listened to our problems. She had us try this bed match machine that helps narrow which beds would be best for us both. The first one we tried was a tempurpedic and for the first time, my husband wasn't in pain and we both love the bed! We tried a few different beds before we decided on the tempurpedic. We were in and out within a matter of 20 minutes. If you're looking for a mattress, go see Brittany and tell her Cathy says hi!
