Let me echo the others here. They are terrible. Over three weeks to fix out community mailbox. They are responsible for fixing it, tell us to keep waiting. Meanwhile mailbox is propped on a telephone pole. Ridiculous.

Yeah this place is still the worst place. I missed a package so I went in to the post office and signed a slip asking them to deliver the next day. Well the next day comes by and I get the same slip saying the same thing.... So I go back the post office and wait 45 minutes while the lady at the front told me "someone" was looking for it. After waiting all that time, she finally tells me that it's still on the truck and to come back again the next day..... This place is gonna give me cancer
This is the worst post office EVER!!!!! I went to log a complaint that the mail carrier is leaving packages at the street and they said they would get the post master and left me in the hallway. I kept ringing the bell and they never answered again. This place shpuld be shut down!!!!!! Worst
Dropped off a business package yesterday, Priority Mail, USPS Signature Tracking, it still hasn't been scanned/no tracking update. A bit concerned? Yes. The contents are valuable, and our customer is awaiting shipping confirmation.
I was home all day on Friday when I received a package slip saying I wasn't home even though I was. I rescheduled a redelivery the following day only to find that my package still had not arrived. I go to the Post office on Monday after waiting half an hour due to busy holiday times. The lady at the desk tells me that my package is probably on the truck being delivered today since I already rescheduled a redelivery...I knew that was total bs as it was already past hours when the truck usually delivers my mail. I demanded that she check the back after some back and forth arguments and little to my surprise, my package was there all along. Wiped that silly grin right off her face
Very poor customer service. I asked the lady attending to people to help me tape my printed address label to the box and she refused. She clearly told me to buy a tape or go and have it tape to the box elsewhere... too poor. I left and went to another location that not only tape the label to the box, but tape the entire box .
Customer service is still pretty terrible. Matter of fact, it's always been terrible since I can remember. The same ladies that have been working there are never happy or helpful at all. They could seriously not care less.
