Great new quick service type Italian restaurant in the north Severna Park area. Situated in a very nice new shopping center anchored by Harris Teeter. Cuisine was fresh and very delicious. We have been back a couple of times. Highly recommend.
Service could use organization for greater efficiency when there is a crowd. Employees seem quickly overwhelmed when there is a crowd, and do not prepare the food well. The rush salad was really skimpy for the price. Too much sauce on the pasta, and not enough toppings. Cleanliness is not considered. Customer feels rushed when trying to order food. Food is not served at once for large orders.
New place that is still working out the kinks. Good food and selection but the staff was still new and not very efficient. They would pile tons of online orders in front of people causing long lines to form. The staff also did not know all of the ingredients and would have to spend time pointing out the items to add to the food. However, the food is good and worth trying I just hope they get these kinks ironed out.
Went here for the first time and got two piadas. I would definitely recommend this place. Service was snappy and the restaurant is extremely clean. I will probably improve this rating to 5 stars when I try more things on the menu.
Food is really good (4.5 stars), but cleanliness and service (2 stars) could use improvement. Employees appear to need etiquette training on how to serve food. Dirty gloves should not be used to touch customers’ food and the bottom of mixing bowls should not be sat on top of the wrap that will be filled with food and served to the customer.
The food here is higher quality than many other of its competitors and the environment of the store is clean and quiet but filled with people. My favorite part of this place was the quality of their food and the different type of fountain drinks they have. I never saw any places that has ginger beer as fountain drink, but this place does and I love it.
I would love to make Capiche a regular place to eat, but cleanliness and good service are just as important as good food! The owner is very receptive to constructive feedback. I do recommend Capiche and plan to visit again because the food is really good! I'm hoping for improvement in cleanliness and service on my next visit.
Gloves are used to not only prepare food, but to touch many surfaces including handles of doors, pots, pans, bowls, counter tops, etc… Mixing bowls are also sat onto many surfaces. Many germs could get onto the gloves and mixing bowls and be easily transferred to a customer’s food causing serious illness or worse. Employees should change gloves often.
