I bought a wallet for my Mother & took it back because my Mother could not use the wallet. She's 80 and struggles with the use (strength) of her hands. The clerk was reluctant to do the return & wanted to see if my Mother's complaint with the wallet was viable. Really? She then said that part of the tag was missing & even though I had the receipt she needed to speak to a manager. A manager came out-never introducing herself & proceeded to say she didn't see a problem with the wallet & commented about the partial tag, but reluctantly returned my money. I guess I needed to bring my Mother down to the store to show them how difficult the wallet was for her to use in order for them to feel the return of the wallet was really justified!
