I wish there was an option for zero stars! Booked my anniversary trip to disney. We recieved no information about ordering our magic bands upon booking so they didnt make it to us in time. We asked to have a room with a king bed and got to our resort to find we had 2 double beds. Pass on this half assed booking experience.....you'll be glad you did!

We have been using Stephanie to book our family get away's for several years now. Last year we went to Ireland and Stephanie took care of all the details - including hotel reservations, air and car reservations, as well as tours during our trip. We had such a great time. This year Stephanie helped us with our trip to Italy and associated cruise. As usual Stephanie made all the arrangements and consulted with us on details regarding specific tours that may work for my family (I have 3 girls ages 15, 19 and 23). Stephanie always thinks about what would be best for my husband and I as well as our kids. We have a child with special needs and Stephanie always takes that into consideration when making arrangements for us and taking care of those details for us. Prior to our trips we sit down with Stephanie and she goes through everything I need to know and/or do. She gives us the vouchers (in chronological order)for each of the steps we will be taking during our trip so I have all the info at my fingertips while traveling. Stephanie is the best!!
