The people of this family-owned and run business are extremely friendly, courteous, timely and professional. They will come to your house to pick up your rugs if that is easier than dropping them off at their Severna Park location just off Richie Highway. They can perform a wide range of services, from basic cleaning, moth protection to fringe repair, to list a few. Above all, I have found their service to be reasonably priced and of good quality. I highly recommend Capital Rug Cleaning for your Oriental rug needs.
I dropped my rug off on Oct 4. I paid in full. He said he'd call/text in 5 business days. It is now Oct 16. I have called and left messages numerous times. No one has called me back. Today I went to the "place" and no one was there. Really, I give no stars.
